Terrible management

We drove over an hour today to our scheduled appointment to tour the apartments. The moment we arrived, we see trash everywhere, dog poop all over the ground and the complex looks like a dump. We go to the office to meet the manager for the tour, and she’s just not there. We waited for about 15 minutes and she still did not arrive. We tried to call and she didn’t answer. We called again a little bit later, still no answer. So we decided to walk around the complex to check things out. All of the ...
buildings are in terrible condition. We found more dog poop everywhere. People were blasting loud music around the complex and drinking alcohol openly in the parking lot at 11AM. We walked around for about an extra 5 minutes before we decided to just leave. This apartment complex is awful. The management is awful. We never were able to tour the apartment because the manager never arrived and never called us back. I can’t think of a single good thing to say about this complex. My recommendation would be to stay far away.

Bad Management

Lived in two different units, each for a year. The buildings themselves are fine and relatively roomy, but management sucks. The current manger is so disorganized and often rude. Maintenance requests are rarely taken care of on the first request. Manager loses papers and blames residents for things she should be taking care of. Would not recommend living here unless/until there is a management overhaul.

The Manager never in the office or answer the phone

if you need help paying your rent and you get it good luck getting the management to answer the phone to approve it because she don’t answer the phone matter of fact she’s never in her office during business hours I called for 3 months and never got answer I sat out side her office all day she never showed up the office hours is whenever she feel like it and the end result is eviction in every case because nobody is in the office I just know a few ppl who have experienced this very bad problem ...
fix it before someone else lose there home because she won’t answer the phone or never in her office

Not bad for the price.

Pretty cheap places that are fairly well maintained. The only reason it's not five stars is because there's constantly kids playing in the assigned parking spaces, as well as the entire parking lot. Very dangerous. Definitely not a place for you if you don't want to be woken up by kids shrieking/dogs barking/train whistles at all hours of the day. Also, beware predatory towing in the parking lots. A neighbor had their parking pass stolen from their unlocked car and then their car towed at 1 am. ...
Charged almost $300 to get it back.

My opinion

I just Moved into my apartment about two months ago Ann myself Ann my daughter love it:)we live that they have a pool, park and shop many nice little kids for her top play with. The management its also very very nice an understanding. I also love the location we are at. It's not too far From just about everything...parks, stores busy lines, max, an when driving u can get to most places in about ten mins.

Bad Location

This apartment would not be so bad if it were in a better area of town. I am a single female and would not live here by myself without roommates. The floors have no carpet which I like (hardwood/laminate). The 3 bdrm has an upstairs which makes it feel more like a town home. There is even a little 'yard' out our backdoor. I do wish it was closer to conveniences like grocery store or restaurants.
