Indian Hills is a 55+ senior community located in in Euclid, Ohio on 37 acres of land which includes 10 residential buildings plus a community center. Choose from studios, 1 and 2 bedroom suites available for rent that feature wall to wall carpet, luxury vinyl tiling, plus balconies or patios on most. Bed bugs
August 9, 2024
Bed bugs and management doesn’t care. They said it could have came from the Uhaul. But other tenements in same floor state bed bug infested prior. Management does not do enough to eradicate. They spray twice and doesn’t do monthly exterminating maintenance. Do not recommend this place.

Bad Reputation for Drugs @ Bedbugs

I went and looked at these apartments. Residents told me not to rent. Drug activity’s rampant, and bedbugs are a hug problem. I wanted to live close to my friends and public transit. The rent was well within my budget. I’m so disappointed. It was perfect for me.

Worst Maintenance Department I've ever seen!!!
May 4, 2019
Call to place work orders and either they don't answer or you never receive a confirmation call back. Called about air conditioner/fan unit not working since 12/19/18. Told on 2/8/19, after complaining about not having heat that the 12/19/18 work order was cancelled and they would get back to it in the spring (I was never contacted). 2/13/19, I had told go to the Main Office because no one had shown up or called about fixing my heat, someone showed later that afternoon. Placed another work order ...
for A/C on 4/8/19, have heard nothing. Made 3 calls to Maintenance on 4/22/19, phone rings and goes to voice mail. its 5/4/19, I guess they will be seeing me in the office again!!!

  We have re-evaluated our maintenance department operations and have hired a new maintenance supervisor. Also,there is a call center that links the work order call directly into our maintenance work flow cue. In addition, any calls deemed an emergency are linked directly to our maintenance supervisor. Our response times have been greatly reduced due to these improvements.
