  • Scamming pet owners

    January 5, 2026
    Upon moving into the apartment, we were charged $700+$150 for pet fees. Upon moving out, they are asking us to pay for pet damages claiming the $850 in fees we paid for moving in are non refundable and claim that they can not use it towards “pet damage” If you have Pets, don’t move here unless you went to lose $850!

    So far so good. Minus the maintenance problem. I noticed when I moved in a wet ish mildew smell… it’s hard to get rid of since the windows do not open here

    I’ve gone to the office and was given false information or information with important details left out. maintenance repair the same thing over and over again instead of replacing it when it needs to be. It’s like they gave up on the property

    The staff at the indigo are responsive and great! Awesome amenities with the yard, garages, and pool. The moving process could improve by providing and reserving carts for new residents.

    Living at indigo is fun! So many amenities! Close so the airport, and a nice area to walk dogs or take a nice early morning or evening stroll. There is a gym and pool onsite which is also super cool!
