Avoid at all cost

My roommate & I have lived here for 4 years. In that amount of time we have had the following issues:
- car got totaled due to parking garage construction that we weren’t informed of
- car broken into
- call box somehow got programmed with another building’s info, revealing their private contacts & preventing us from having guests call up for months
- elevators broken constantly
- kitchen sink fell through the kitchen counter
- roommate’s room got flooded 3 times due to shoddy fire sprinkler ...
installation, ruining all her belongings & making our apartment unlivable during construction, during which they WOULDNT GET US A HOTEL because the apartment was still “technically livable”
-apartment hallway flooded twice due to electrical closet issues
- dishwasher had to be replaced
Look at the rental prices here & ask yourself if you’d like to pay that much a month for all of these problems.
