surroundings outdoors. I feel the units are comfortable as well as spacious with an open floor plan, two bedrooms, one bathroom. My unit has a juliet balcony off of the larger of two bedrooms. which is wonderful especially if I want a breath of fresh air. There is a community room with two computers to be used by the tenants with internet access if we don't have one of our own. It has access to an open aired courtyard where you can enjoy an awesome view of the highrises of downtown. For the convenience of the tenants, we can also reserve this space for any special event we might have such as parties or meetings. The very well manicured backyard garden is amazing. It's not only lined with a variety of fruit trees; peaches, oranges, lemons, apples, and more, it also allows space where we are able to grow any vegetable we want for our community. There are two charcoal grills and a center lawn, all nicely maintained. It feels like a sanctuary in a world of it's own. Just a hop, skip and a jump to Dodgers Stadium, Elysian Park, Echo Park Lake, Downtown Los Angeles, Grand Park, Silverlake, Chinatown, Union Station and so many more landmarks to discover. It's convenient to buses, shopping, eateries, and more. All within walking distance. With a 24 hour CVS, Jack in the Box, Subway, and gas stations equipped with convenient stores, you'll never have to worry about anything you want or need at anytime, day or night. The many local clubs and bars and establishment that stay open late, provides safe and friendly street traffic late into the wee hours of the night. We are located near Metro Red, Purple, and Gold Lines, & most major freeways, so it puts the entire City of Los Angeles at our finger tips. Who can ask for more? I love it here.
