Great Location, Safe Neighborhood, Awesome Amenities
August 20, 2018I lived at International Village before relocating to Florida, then chose to live there again when I moved back to Minnesota. Each time the office staff were professional and polite. I had an issue with my microwave and was able to put a request in online in the morning, the microwave was fixed by the time I got home from work! Amenities are fantastic. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space and my neighbors are all pleasant and respectful! I live in a dog friendly building ...with my pup, there's plenty of areas to walk and they keep disposal bags nearby throughout the property. Excellent Apartment Community
February 26, 2017Had a positive experience living at International Village, and I'd recommend it for any age or family situation. Great amenities, location and helpful staff!
September 24, 2015The staff here offer EXCELLENT customer service! After I moved in I had issues with a noisy upstairs neighbor who didn't seem to ever sleep at night. After a few weeks, when earplugs, white noise and sleep meds didn't work, the apartment manager went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation. In the end she helped me find a top floor apartment to move into. I would definitely recommend International Village based on this experience alone! Not to mention the amenities are great! It is not ...the newest complex in the area but it offers a lot for the price. Indoor and outdoor pools plus hot tubs, sauna and exercise room are kept very clean. My apt search was very easy and painless. My apt was clean, new and basically maintenance free. The amenities are out of this world. Including an indoor pool and well as an outdoor pool, many jacuzzi's, tennis courts, basketball court, racket ball, workout room, golf putting greens, house shoes, table tennis, pool and a ...great event room. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are the best anyone could imagine. I had a great experience with the whole process thanks to Apartments.com and the staff at International Village Apts. July 21, 2015We were moving from out of town and out of a house to an apt. Looked on apartments.com and found International Village in Bloomington. IT'S PERFECT!! Beautiful grounds with walking paths, gardens and sculptures. Indoor and outdoor pools/hottubs, workout center, basketball and tennis. Community get togethers like ice cream socials and yard olympics so we easily get to know our neighbors. A great onsite team running everything, even coming out on the 4th of July when our power went out. ...We're close to everything, the location is great. Main streets running right into Minneapolis, Highways close by, and just minutes from the airport and MOA. Yet, it doesn't feel like it. When we look out our windows, we just see well kept landscaping and sculptures. People walking their dogs, it's a VERY dog friendly place. It's beautiful, friendly, safe, and perfect for us. Wonder place to call home
July 21, 2015After losing our house I was reluctant to return to renting again but this place changed my mine. Our unit was clean and bright when we moved in, nothing needed to be done. 2 blocks from Kennedy HS so my kids can walk to school. Amenities are fantastic. Its like living in a resort.
