The studios are small, old and seem to have a bug problem, even though they have been sprayed. The appliances are all outdated and the two faucets won't even release a steady stream without water shooting everywhere. The only positive thing I would say is that there is a very nice city park in your backyard, but even that becomes a nuisance when the monthly lawn & tree upkeep is due and you hear nothing but lawnmowers and weed whackers for 8 hours! Please don't be fooled by the low rent prices or central location. The saying really is true, you do get what you pay for and in this case you're paying for a headache. I'm literally counting down the days until my mandatory one year lease is up.
