April 3, 2021Customer service is the worst, take long time to fulfill a request (if they ever do). Elevators usually do not work. Constant smoke smell. Very dirty windows and they do not clean them (from outside).Review from Apartments.com
Maroons do not move!
April 3, 2021Worst decision ever. UChicago MBA student here. I rented a 2B2B apartment. After a while, a whole bedroom and bathroom started to get flooded with sewage water every morning. After a week without a solution, in which everyday I had to clean the excrements of my neighbors and make my kids sleep in the living room, I asked for a transitory solution. They told me to move my kids beds to the living room. Also, elevators usually don´t work and the customer service is the worst. Save Your Money
March 17, 2021Do not move here! The rent is high and the property is so poorly managed. The walls are sooooooooooo thin, you can hear everything your neighbors do. I have to whisper when paying bills or giving out sensitive information via the phone for fear that I can be heard. It always smells like smoke. There is no central air. You have to buy your own units (that they still charge you for) or be miserable from heat exhaustion in the summer months. The heating is old school radiators that are LOUD! The ...building is insanely old and has ALOT of issues. Please do yourself a favor and save your money.
