Elevators don't work consistently, there has been multiple days during my time here where there has been no elevator service AT ALL and this is 10 floor building. Lots of roach problems, an array or plumbing and water issues in this building. IVY Management team is highly unprofessional and will NOT respond to issues, do your research before renting in Hyde Park! The management team is so trash, the maint. team is extremely overworked and some are underqualified. Please avoid this company, there ...
are many others to choose from in Hyde Park with less issues.

it's cheap for a reason...

smoking indoors, loud music at 2am on a Tuesday, etc; have fun waking up with headaches and sore throats 3 times/week! Management will ultimately do nothing when tenants complain; my friends HATE it here! Walls are paper thin; last time I visited I could hear EVERYTHING the neighbors were talking about, lol

Chronic Package Theft
February 24, 2019
Three packages stolen in one week. Almost every tenant I've talked to has had multiple packages stolen at this property. No security in the building. Package thieves welcome at the property, apparently. Management has not done anything despite the issue persisting for months. Don't live here.
