August 12, 2025This has been a horrible experience no emergency line ongoing problem. Nothing like being locked out of your apartment because the lock on your door malfunctioned and no one calls you back and you have to spend your own money for a locksmith waiting to be reimbursed.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025Quiet hours are 11pm-7am but my neighbors scream all night long. Management hasn’t responded to my noise complaints. This has been an issue for 6 months now.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2025I have the opinion that the management office employees are kind people, but they are new, have not been well trained, are understaffed and overworked. Communication is lacking, difficult, and response time is too long. Info provided is often wrong, for example, on apt tour I mentioned to my roommate that she could never have a grill on her balcony and the management employee interjected an affirmative "yes, she can". I corrected and explained that county law prohibits grills on apt balconies, ...yet the employee corrected me with incorrect info, stating "grill on balcony is fine". Cleaning of apartment prior to move-in was severely lacking. Move-in instructions offered were "zero". No provided move-in sheet, no verbal move-in instructions and when I asked very specific move-in questions (i.e. where does moving truck park?) the answers were vague and of zero help. BUT, It appeared that a new Manager was hired so my opinion is that he can save this office. Time will tell.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2025The apartment is clean and the surrounding area and club house are well taken care of. The cost is a but much but on par with the surrounding area. The leasing office has been hit or miss in terms of help but they are generally good.Property Manager Responded
