lease paid off through the end of the twelve month lease term five months ahead of time. Was never late on rent and always paid at least a month ahead. All I do in my spare time is go to the gym, play video games, harmlessly browse the internet, eat healthy, and sleep. The people in this building were scary to live in the same building as compared to what I am capable of. I had never lived in a "twelve plex" before so I was unaware accessibility was not allowed in this neighborhood. I grew up in a good town and a good city and you can't even get six steps in in this neighborhood without overloading them. People driving by throwing random pieces of garbage onto the lawn, two car accidents directly into the telephone pole of the front yard while I lived here. Just because a landlord is nice to you a few times in eight months and refunds your hard earned money doesn't mean you have to give a place a good review. Northside is bad; not good.
