Nearly unlivable habitat bad neighborhood. Fair warning

First apartment lease I was ever on in Saint Cloud. Horrible neighbors, horrible environment, rotten habitat, and prided themselves on being two faced. The landlord was sketchy but gave me a refund for the last four months so I appreciate that. Seems like they just target people to live at this building so they can conspire against them as neighbors into a way of nicely kicking them out. lease paid off through the end of the twelve month lease term five months ahead of time. Was never late on rent and always paid at least a month ahead. All I do in my spare time is go to the gym, play video games, harmlessly browse the internet, eat healthy, and sleep. The people in this building were scary to live in the same building as compared to what I am capable of. I had never lived in a "twelve plex" before so I was unaware accessibility was not allowed in this neighborhood. I grew up in a good town and a good city and you can't even get six steps in in this neighborhood without overloading them. People driving by throwing random pieces of garbage onto the lawn, two car accidents directly into the telephone pole of the front yard while I lived here. Just because a landlord is nice to you a few times in eight months and refunds your hard earned money doesn't mean you have to give a place a good review. Northside is bad; not good.
