Really nice apartment and community
August 7, 2025The place is clean and mwell maintained. I saw a window broken on my first visit, and it was fixed already when I went back the next day. Everyone is really friendly and helpful.Review from Apartments.com
Good for beginner’s last option
February 20, 2021Currently looking to move out. These apartments look amazing, I love my apartment. What I don’t love is having my car broke into and them basically telling me “oh well,” or the fact that they closed all the laundry rooms that were already in very, very poor condition with no real future in opening them up. The people that live here are terrible but what can you do about that? Also water in the shower is super inconsistent despite them “working on it,” and turning the water off every Wednesday ...morning. I will say I do love Angela who’s in management she has been super nice, and super helpful.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unprofessional
June 1, 2016I lived here without incident for 1 year. When it came time to give notice of my moving out I could not get a hold of anyone. I sent emails and left voicemails to give my two months notice. When I had a month left on my lease I was finally called back and told I had missed the deadline for breaking the lease. I told them that I had attempted to do so but they would not listen. I asked if I could go month to month to fix this problem and the lady said she would send me the form to sign. I never ...received this form and instead got a form stating i needed to be out at the end of the month. Then they tried to jack up my last months rent by $150!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
inside is beautiful!
September 17, 2015Don't judge a book by its cover! The apartments are amazing! Gorgeous marble look kitchen counter tops, a ceiling fan in the bedroom & dinning room, mirrors on all 3 slide-open closets, new stove oven, freshly tan painted walls with texture, & they have a parking lot! There are stores right across the street & a beautiful lake with a walking/biking trail! The neighborhood isn't as bad as it seems! This is a great place for beginners with no credit like me! inside is beautiful!
September 17, 2015Johnson parkway apartments are beautiful on the inside for beginners! The outside looks a bit old & worn but so far i haven't had a problem! There's so many stores within walking distance. They allow dogs up to 25lbs (my dog is 28lbs so they are easy to get along with) they say they have a park & grill.... its an old wooden swing set & a very rusted park grill.... it doesnt bother me though. All that matters is what im living in! They have a fan in the bedroom & dinning room, my 3 closets are ...mirrors, walls are a gorgeous tan color, windows open easy, & parking is awesome! My boyfriend & i have no credit so they do accept people without credit! What they told me was "its better to have no credit than bad credit!"Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
