I moved here over a year ago and could not be happier. I love my apartment. I have a wonderful spring time/summer view of the full, beautiful trees in bloom, glorious sunsets over Dulles Airport(especially after a storm)and nature at work. I see the cardinals, blue jays and sparrows birds flying about and squirrels frolicking and chasing each other around. The residency consist of a diverse population and everyone is pleasant and speaks to one another. My mom who is 87 has been living here for about a year. The staff is just OUTSTANDING!!! They know their residents, care for them and offer an ear to listen to them when needed. My mom has enjoyed living their immensely. Unfortunately her dementia now requires a assisted living facility and the staff at Kendrick has been very helpful and understanding as we move mom to her next phase in her life. We could not have done this without the office staffs help. These folks truly care and the property ...

The complex is clean internally and externally. Maintenance service calls are responded to immediately. We have live at Kendrick Court for three years and are very happy with our apartment. The staff members are very helpful and caring. Maintenance requests are always handled efficiently and quickly. The staff all work hard to host fun community events and activities . The building is within walking distance to grocery shopping, pharmacy and many restaurants. Good place for senior independent living.

Say Goodby To Your Security Deposits

If you want your security deposit returned do not rent from Kendrick Court. My husband and I moved into an apartment on the 4th floor and lived there one year. At that time we moved into an apartment on the 3rd floor to be closer to the elevator. A new deposit was required for the 3rd floor apartment before we could move in. It took us another year living in the second apartment to have our deposit for the 4th floor returned. My husband required further medical assistance and we moved from ...

Kendrick Court apartments to another location. After two months I called about our deposit check and was told it would take another two or three months to receive our check. I told them according to Virginia law it was to be returned after 45 days. They then informed me I would receive it in two weeks. Three weeks later I called and left a message that was never returned. Having to go the two hours back to the area I decided to drop in and talk to them. I was told the check would be cut on Monday and I should have it by Friday. No check came so I called and was told they would check into it and call me back. I received no phone call and the following Monday I called again and left a message. Again I received no return call for that message or the following two that have been left. Three weeks later I still have not received my security deposit or a return call. I understand that interest is to be included with the return of your deposit. After having my first deposit for two year I received only the security deposit back. I let that go and said nothing about the interest but for them to keep my whole deposit at this time is a hardship for me.
