March 3, 2019This building is outdated, it has had times where there has been a bug and rodent problem. The elevator frequently goes out and you have to walk up lots of stairs. No one ever stays here long. It’s a huge revolving door. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

June 24, 2016This is our fourth year at the building. It has been a wonderful experience. We greatly appreciate Pabcor's decision to revert to the old school of having on site personnel. It gives us a sense of being taken care of. Each time that we have placed a work order or have had an issue, it has been addressed promptly. June 21, 2016Prompt maintenance, clean common areas, and updated apartments are hard to find in Oak Park, especially at a reasonable price. Kenilworth Towers has all of these features, while being in a great location. The building managers as well as the residents have been very friendly.
