Take the good, with the not so good?!
August 28, 2015First of all, I LOVE the location of these condos. You're in between everything, and there's grocery stores galore to choose from on this area. 10 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach, and 10 minutes to the Delnor Wiggins-Pass State Park (which is beautiful) Now, I live on the third floor. I enjoy taking the stairs, but for grocery hauling it'd be nice to have an elevator. And the floors beneath you can hear a pin drop. So you have to be careful not to walk heavy or have your music up too loud. The ...woman beneath us, can hear everything and I mean everything... The pool is nice, but they keep it at a constant lukewarm. For the more mature people who live here, which is everyone aside from me and my roomie. Nice and quiet is how they like it around here. Simple yet simplistic
August 4, 2015A 2 bed, 1 bath apartment located at a very decent location for a fairly good price. The club house and pool is what sells it. A pool table, buisness center, ping pong table, fitness room, and a pool with music and a covered bar with 2 tvs.Review from Apartments.com
