I loved living here
March 1, 2025I loved living here. They were great to me. I never had any issues. Anytime I needed something fixed, it was done the next day. They were flexible with rent payments as times were tough. Unfortunately I had to part ways due to my illness. I would come back if they’d let me. I miss it here.Property Manager Responded

Relaxed, quiet, well taken care of
January 12, 2022The units are bright and freshly updated (new light fixtures, faucets, paint, etc.) and have excellent light and character with high ceilings, hardwood floors, archways, and big windows. Neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the maintenance and management folks are excellent and take great care of the buildings. It's not fancy and the buildings are older, but as a place to live as a single working person who appreciates the character and neighborhood, it's perfect.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t waste your time
July 10, 2020I had an appointment July 10th 2020 at 9am. I was on time no one was in the office even though they say they’re at 9am. I waited 30mins just in case the person may have been running late. I called three different numbers for kings manor apartments and didn’t get one answer or call back. Extremely disappointing and a waste of my time.Review from Apartments.com
Ok place to live
January 7, 2018I've lived here for a number of years. It's an OK place for students, or anyone who needs an affordable place to live. However, there are a few issues. First, there's no insulation and it costs a lot in the winter to heat the apartment, noise is also an issue. Thus, you can hear your neighbor cough, talk, cell phone ring etc. Also, sometimes maintenance is slow to fix issues, but usually gets it done after some time. Also, the building hallway smells like cigarette smoke and sense I'm a nonsmoker ...it drives me crazy. You can smell it as soon as you enter the building and it's highly annoying. Otherwise, it's an OK affordable place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
CHEAP BUT ISSUES
August 20, 2015affordable, uninsulated, dirty, decent tenants, mostly attending Drexel Med down the street- but costly to cool and heat w/no insulation and NO sound barriers in floors, ceilings, walls- you hear EVERYTHING!Property Manager Responded

Affordable college and budget living- Philly
August 20, 2015I came here years ago after I had to move. The first apartment I saw I took. The girl had literally moved out 2 minutes prior. Floors, apartment, windows, no stairs made this place perfect. It was also 500 plus a month. Great walk to bus, train, corner store. At night just be careful where you walk, and people are fr the most part friendly. Perfect for the couple starting out or single occupant.Property Manager Responded
