Don’t waste your time
April 17, 2020I lived here for two years. Live through me and don’t even start the application process. I had a leak in my ceiling from my ac unit and they came to “fix it” around 8 times while in the process they also exposed a sewer line that they didn’t cover and caused rodents ! October 3, 2019It took them a month to approve my application, they asked for two months' rent. 11 days of moving in I got two non-compliant notices. After I got another notice for a 200.00 pet fee (I never owned a pet) I was summons to court to pay this, with a lawyer I got it thrown out due to a non-suit. I had 11 maintenance. Slips marked "No pets" These apartments are old (they use that to charge for damages if you do not note it on your move in list) they will charge fees and threaten to evict you. They ...have roaches and rats. I had one scratching in my bathroom wall. I got out of my lease by filing a tenants assertion, by putting my rent in escrow. Now I am suing them for my deposit, because I was charged for damages for an old apartment that has not been renovated since they were built. RUN!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
