    Since signing in April, this apartment has been met with various issues in such a short time. When moving in, you are expected to be ok with a scratch up stove and be told it’s just “wear and tear” Almost all edges of the carpet have nails sticking it, to the point if you walk in some areas you can legit feel the nail. This is crazy to me that this apartment was ready to be moved in with issues like this. A sink caves in due to the aging of the glue/sealant around it. The water smells like ...
    ammonia and it’s colored from time to time and I’m expected to just let it run, but I have not had this issue in any other apartment complex. There is also weed smell thats coming into the vents due to other residents, and I have received no correspondence in regards to this issue. This apartment complex is ok with weed usage. This apartment complex has been depressing, I would advise to look elsewhere before coming here.

    I’ve only been living here for 9 days and barely even be here because I work 12 hr shifts but after the 3rd day this apartment started showing its true colors. i have already had to put in 8 maintenance request( I have pictures and videos of everything). I found 4 Asian cockroaches in the apartment since being here, my smoke detector was not working when I first moved in and my washing machine was shaking, tripping and still leaving my clothes soaking wet so the maintenance people came to replace ...
    it but it was a used dirty washing machine that stunk. They came and replaced it again for the 3rd time and this washing machine is also dirty and had a dead bug in it stuck to the white spin thing in the middle. My AC stopped working 2 days ago when i got home after work it was 79 degrees inside the apartment and it was 6 in the morning. The ceiling fan in my bedroom doesn’t work so I didn’t have anything to help keep it cool. I couldnt go to sleep I had to stay in there and wait until the office opened at 9am and by this time it was 81 degrees inside the apartment. I went to go check my mailbox Saturday night for the first time and the mailbox key wasn’t working. Also there’s never any parking at night you’re going to have to park far from your apartment unless you get lucky and catch a spot from somebody that just left. Like who wants to come home and deal with all theses issues this is too much for literally just moving into an apartment last week.

    Nice place to live until you leave. They will come up with reasons to keep your deposit. Lived there for several years and never had my carpet clean yet they charged me a carpet shampoo upon move out. An expense that they should bear as a part of doing business to prepare the apartment for the next tenant. However they will make the previous tenant pay for that in the form of kept deposit and added "touch up clean" charges.

    I made a big mistake signing this lease for a year the burglaries are absolutely horrid. There’s one every week and cars are consistently broken into or wheels taken off. They are not increasing surveillance. I will be leaving ASAP

    Idecided to move out for safety reason, the safety in this apartment complex reached to the minimum as we had several robberies happened in the past few months and in the last month 2 burglaries happened, and some cars’ parts were stolen . Beside wired people ring the bells and run. The complex management failed to to provide the minimum requirements to keep this community safe like security surveillance or proper working gates.
