Building run down and needs repairs

The building's hallway linoleum floors are so deteriorated at the entry door it is a fall hazard. The floor is missing big chunks. The outer doors do not close properly and bugs are in the hallways. This issue has never ben addressed. The apartments are very old fashion. The cabinets in the bathroom seem like they are made from particle board and he bottoms are peeling away. The patio doors needs to be replaced due to cold and heat comes in through the gaps. The blinds move when the wind ...

blows. The grass is only cut ever 2 weeks and it looks very shabby in between cuttings. The side walks have big gaps and missing pieces between the slabs. The swimming pool is only available on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. The other days the pool is closed. The pool is for tenants only. No visitors allowed. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
