I had a great experience living here! The location is excellent (walking distance to the 9th and Irving corridor and Golden Gate Park), while the complex is quiet and has amazing views. The management is also very responsive and accommodating.

I have lived here for 11 years. The view is amazing. I see the Golden Gate Bridge. The apartment is ample (smallest one) for a single person. The current manager, Kate, is very attentive to the concerns of us renters. She is the best manager since I have been here: kind, courteous, and trying to accommodate us. She has brought in new washers and dryers, dog bag stations, which we did not have before. The maintenance staff is friendly and very competent. I had a scary moment when something was ...
backing up in my kitchen sink, and Ignacio knew what to do right away and fixed it. The place is old, but filled with nice people, and I have a little place outdoors to keep my potted plants. My 2 cats love it here as well.

Moved from San Diego and was a flawless process to apply, sign, and move in thanks to property manager Kate. She even helped set up the internet before I moved in which helped for wfh.
Location: quiet, clean, safe, and views are great
Apt: nice, all applicants were new or great condition, floors are all hardwood which is great, living room is big.
Parking: prob will need a car but their carports are big enough for mid/full size sedans and even a rav4

This was a great place to live in while I was in SF. The location is great, residents were quiet, and the views are amazing! If you are looking in this area I really suggest taking a look here to see if it works well for you because for the price you cant get much better than this in the city. Good luck, though, because they fill up fast!

The location is perfect: close to public transportation, walking distance to shopping and restaurants and to public transportation. The neighborhood is very quiet and the setting on a hill has great views.
The buildings are older and interiors are not as updated as possible, but the rent is reasonable, parking is available and the maintenance staff is the best.
