Knowlton apartments BEWARE
March 29, 2021These apartments now rented by new owners are TERRIBLE!! The new owners do not care for their tenants, only care about money and what they can get from people. They do not help with any maintenance issues, the new owners have people working on other apartments from early morning until night disrupting all other tenants. Do not move to these apartments if you want to live in a nice place. Police presence all the time, and the owners ban any company people have. Too overpriced for these projects!Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2021The location of this property is perfect for me and the apartment is a very good size. New owners took over recently and immediately started making improvements to the building.
