Worse place I ever Lived
May 4, 2022I don't understand how they want to evict people but don't care about tenants needs. People don't be fooled y the advertisements. They always have issues with these apartments and they are definitely false advertising. This is not the place to be especially if you have kids. Roaches, ants spiders, leaks, poor building structure, teens run around breaking windows and the price isn't worth paying.Review from Apartments.com
utterly disgusting
February 16, 2022I moved in 2/7/22 and it’s barely 2/15/22 and I am ready to leave here! I have a 2 bedroom for me and my kids and it wasn’t even 24 hours before the toilet in my room flooded all the way into my kids room! When I moved in, the heat wasn’t working and there was another leak in my main bathroom under my sink that I didn’t even know about that they came to fix. Once the guy turned my water back on after he so called fixed my leak, that’s when my toilet flooded. Few days pass some carpet people come ...out to remove the foam under my carpet and told me they were coming back out Friday to put new foam and clean the carpet that was flooded. They didn’t come until Monday. Later on Monday night, I get home, and there’s a puddle in my main bathroom! At this point I’m so irritated with this apartment that was obviously not ready to be occupied! They finally came in today and fixed it. Now it’s Tuesday night and the CEILING IN MY MAIN BATHROOM IS LEAKING! Fixing to cave in! I cannot get a hold of anybody! I have to bath my son in the sink, just so we don’t get leaked on. And let’s not talk about how I didn’t have a shower rod, some of my cabinet doors were missing handles and my daughter is only 2 and is the height of the cabinet and kept scratching herself on them. My hall closet is FULL of spiders and I don’t do spiders, I’ve had to kill so many spiders and roaches since I’ve moved in! There’s blood on my sons closet door, the carpet in my closet is cut up from whatever or whoever, my door wouldn’t lock properly and still looks a hot mess compared to all the other residents. I am disgusted, ashamed, and humiliated that I even signed a lease with them. I cannot wait until my lease is up or that I can break this one because this is completely unacceptable! I still don’t even have my mail box key or my car registration sticker! If I could give 0 stars, or negative, trust me. I definitely would!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
