Loved living here!
March 11, 2020I am so sad to leave this complex!! (had to move for work) This community is a great place to live - the managers were always quick on any of my maintenance requests, the garden is so beautiful in the spring, and my apartment was so comfy! It's so close to everything in Sunnyvale and was perfect for my family. Highly recommended.Review from Apartments.com
Very Rude Manager
February 13, 2019I got stuck in these apartment for one year. You will hear noise all night long. Very bad service. Manager jasmine is very rude. If you talk over the phone and your door is open she will come and close your door and threat you to kick you out.... etc. you will only receive partial security deposit back..... TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED......Property Manager Responded
July 27, 2020We are not sure if this is a mistake. There are two apartments complex with very similiar names. One La Hacienda Apartments and Hacienda Apartments. We are not familiar with this situation. We do try and control the noise level for all tenants. The apartments open to a beautiful garden area and sometimes during the day the noise can travel. We do try to just advise those to close their doors as a respect to others. We have a lot of happy tenants!
