January 5, 2025They get you in with a low rate then they raise it up very high! Appliances are old and don’t work. New water rates divided by the whole building is crazy. Don’t move here if you like fair housing! Glad to get out.Review from Apartments.com
Not so great...
August 29, 2021Haven't been living here very long and so many issues even before it started... the person I was working with kept saying okay you're good to move in, then just kidding we may need to push it back... A very unsettling feeling when you're looking for a place to stay urgently. Depending on the day, the leasing office team members are rude. Be sure that you get to work with Amber. She's the best out of any of them there. The apartment itself is good. You have some creepy tenants in other apartments ...that follow you around... Leasing office is inconsistent and their portal is not very user friendly and feels like it was made in the early 2000s. Needs an update. My "upgraded" apartment is not very upgraded to current times. These upgrades are those that you would've saw about 10 years ago. The cabinets in the hallway just covered previously made shelving and the shelving is extremely disproportional.. Outlets are all set up different ways. Made this purchase because I needed to move in quickly, but you definitely get what you pay for- mediocrioty at best.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
AVOID living here if your new to vegas
November 4, 2020We moved in 3 months ago and its been nothing less than a disaster. Maintenence will come in with no warning, there air conditioning will break for months on end and they will do NOTHING. An infinite amount of outstanding!

Every experience we have had, from maintenance to lease signing to interactions with the staff, consistently sets the standard for our expectations at an apartment community! Amber has taken the best care of us; everyone on staff we’ve worked with and talked with all show genuine care for us residents—and their pets! April 12, 2019We just moved in. I couldn’t be happier. Beautiful property in Henderson - but the friendly professional staff really made the difference! They speak of the units as our “home”, not just apartments. They are Courteous and explain everything along the way during the application process. There were no surprises or hidden fees. Great Place!
May 8, 2018Three and a half years ago, reaching our id 70's, my wife and I moved to La Serena at The Heights because we could no longer keep up with the demands of home ownership. In that time we've never had a complaint. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly. The landscaping is immaculate. The pools, jacuzzi, and fitness room are also kept in great shape. Our #1 positive would go to the maintenance. Anytime we've had a problem it has been dealt with in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com
A place called home
April 8, 2018I have been in this apartment for six months now. I moved from Atlanta and did not see the unit until I got here. I worked with Andera who gained my confident in leasing a unit. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. I am a person who hates bug of any size. This place is clean. Renting a apartment here is like buying a house. They do a thorough background check, which I appreciate now. It is a quiet place. I don't hear my neighbors and I don't hear loud music and such. I think ...you would love living here. I know I do. October 11, 2017The area is calm, its maintained nicely, and adore the amenities which make up for the tad expensive rent. The apartment is quaint, wonderful carpeting. Anything that needs fixing, will be done right away. However there is one thing that pulls me from leave a five star review. The management. Worst experience I've ever had renting
September 6, 2017I have lived in 7 different apartments, paid all my bills on time, and had never received a complaint for another tenant. The staff here at La Serena at the Heights is rude and disrespectful. It is overpriced and they will find anyway to find something to charge you for from living there, until move out. I can honestly say I haven't had a worse experience at this complex. As soon as my contract was up I got out ASAP.Review from Apartments.com
Very clean and quaint with storage on property
April 18, 2017They have storage on property which will be very helpful since I will be downsizing(waiting for my house to sell). Had a lovely tour and the leasing agent even told me to drive thru so I can get a feel for the community. That was a great idea (have not rented in apt in ages)I noticed how clean and quiet it was. Very Clean And Lush Apt Complex
April 4, 2017My husband and I have lived here for almost three years. It is a great clean place. Maintenance always has responded quickly to our needs. The management staff has always been pleasant. Really over all it is a nice place to live. Our 2 bedroom apt has a super large patio and there are massive trees that give us shade. We really like the grounds as we came here from Florida and we are use to very green landscaping. This is hard to find in Vegas. Everything tends to be cold, or desert landscaping. ...Also there is a really nice gym. We were able to save money and cxl our 24 hour fitness membership.
