It’s very reassuring knowing if there are any issues she will handle promptly. Overall the building is in good condition and it is a great location right across from the Brentwood Farmers Market. July 22, 2024We started at La Vicente for a year and had a great time. The location is absolutely fantastic, especially if you like biking, hiking or running to the beach. Apartment is subpar. Location is great.
April 6, 2024To make it clear. You are paying for the location. The building itself is old. The updates are done on the cheap. You can find way nicer apartments for the price they are asking. They also are frequently having "plumbing" issues and constantly entering people's apartments. If you are active and are rarely home, the location is great. If you spend any significant time at home, there are much better options out there.
