October 3, 2025I live here over a year. I love everything about this place. The managers (Leslie and & Lori) are amazing. They really do care about their tenants. Maintenance is excellent. August 12, 2025My two kids and I love the Lake Place Apartments. We enjoy our new home, which features an excellent swimming pool, a hot tub, a large backyard near Lake Neill with a walking/biking trail, and a better patio. The landlords are friendly! May 6, 2025When given the option to remain in this community or move elsewhere at the end of my lease, it was an easy choice - stay. The staff are fantastic and it's a wonderful place to call home. The maintenance requests are done incredibly quickly, the office team is a delight, it is always kept very clean, and the community get-togethers are fun and frequent.
