Exactly what I wanted!!!
January 6, 2021Dont read the comments from 2018 or before 2018 because another leasing agency took over the complex after that and has made MANY improvements!!! They renovated most of the apartments and made it so beautiful and such a comfortable living space! Also, the property managers, especially Heather, were amazing! Heather helped us so much and made it so easy for us to move into an apartment for the first time! Also, the maintenance people are very nice and personal. Whenever you call them, they're ...quick to help and are exceled at what they do. We gave them a list of things that weren't up to our standards when we first moved in. They came 3 days later, checked and fixed everything that was on the list, and were nice about all of our problems. If you're looking at this apartment complex, I strongly recommend it, the neighbors are nice, the lake view is worth the money, the maintenance is fantastic, and the property managers know what they are doing!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great place for a decent price

The inside has been completely re-done and you can actively see the management trying to make positive changes and improvement to the property as a whole. I would love to talk to you more about the issues you are encountering so I can take care of them right away. I also have to remind you that we are a new company that just took over on July 31st, 2018. We are going through a complete renovation to improve and make this property better than it has ever has been before. The property was in complete distress and things were definitely neglected before we came in. I can ensure you that we will do anything and everything we can to assist our current, previous, and future residents. I would love to talk to you more and discuss how I can help you. If there are maintenance issues, please let me know so we can fix them. We are improving the property everyday! Inside and out. Our newly renovated townhouses will feature granite countertops, hardwood floors, new and updated appliances, modern ...fixtures, new vanities with granite tops, and much much more. I can promise you that we take care of our tenants and will not neglect any issues that are brought to our attention. Its unfortunate that we are being blamed for the previous company's mistakes. But that's why I'm here, to improve this community everyday. I know we are ranked top 5 for our school district and I work closely with the administration/principals at Rosemont, Salem Middle, and Salem High. I know if they were informed of the bullying that they would address it right away. I am passionate about my job and I never want anyone to feel like we do not care. I take integrity very seriously and I know there are some residents that are not happy due to their lease not being renewed for many different reasons. Don't Do It.
June 13, 2017We were displaced from the hurricane and found this place last minute. We have lived in the Condo for 7 months and it is TERRIBLE. The ladies in the office are never there during full office hours to assist you. All of our appliances were way out dated, which would have been fine but the maintenace services are delayed. Our refrigerator broke a few weeks back. They told us nothing was wrong with it. We had to talk to them on multiple occasions before they put in a work order ONE WEEK later. The ...new refrigerator did not come for TWO more weeks. They acted as if it wasn't important. One of the ladies told us (and I quote) "If it were them, they wouldn't expect any compensation or prorated rent for having to eat out for 3 weeks (which was over 250$) nor (at bare minum) expect expedited service for the frige." On the strength that both ladies in the office have children, I find this very hard to believe. The condo is privately owned and they refuse to give us information on the owner because they say he will just route us back to them. Also, you do not pay for water here. It seems great until you get here and your hot water last for 8 minutes tops if even. I can't take a shower and wash my hair at the same time and it's annoying. Our water heater was changed twiced the first week we moved in and we still have an issue. There are many other issues I could write about but those were some of our main problems thus far.
