Horrible amenities for the price, awful neighbors, especially if you have a family I highly do not recommend. You can find cheaper places much better than here. Moving out asap. Staff try their best to help but the neighbors make it unbearable along with the hefty price for seemingly no reason. P Sloppy paint jobs and bad flooring, windows not insulated properly, and no central ac.

The apartment was very loud and so small for the price. I’m not going to write a book but we had a very poor experience here. We even moved out before our lease was up and took the loss.

Took over a month for them to fix 2 huge holes in my ceiling from a leak from the apartment above me. They never fixed the black mold or finished painting. I've never been late on a rent payment here or in Penfield for them and they want to charge me a 40 dollar late fee bc I refused to pay the rent till it was done and I wanted something done for the inconvenience. They left their work stuff in my apartment. This place is a joke unless you are homeless I'd go somewhere else.

This apartment is a great value. Newly painted and carpeted when we moved in the front office was very nice. Since moving in everything has been very nice the only the reason this isnt five stars is because maintenance can take awhile to come fix whatever is wrong. Other than that I am very happy with the quality for the price.

Falling apart

Ever since Kristy the previous landlord left the place has fallen apart. Samantha the new landlord does nothing to make tenants happy. The noise in the buildings in unbelievable compared to what is was use too, one can not sleep a night through without being woken by neighbors. Complaints are laughed at by Samantha and her office staff. Repairs now take weeks to take place compared to 24hrs. What did Morgan think when letting someone like Kirsty leave. Save your money, this place isn't worth the ...
