Hate to leave!!!
February 9, 2018My daughters and I have been living here since March of 2016 after separating with their father. We love it here! The apartments are so cute, the management team is always so helpful, the pool is GREAT, and the location is perfect. loud and gross
January 24, 2016I have lived here since 2012 (had to move in a moments notice due to a divorce, being forced to sell my house but having to stay in the same school district). Unfortunately the leasing staff is very unprofessional and doesn't care what happens what your neighbors are like and what you have to deal with. This is a mostly a section-8 housing complex so it is very loud and disruptive. I have children and unlike most people who live here, have a job that I have to go to every day. The police and ...staff don't care about the loud stereos I repeatedly call about and the groups of people hanging out in the parking lots and the people smoking pot on their decks. If my ex hadn't been taking me to court to fight custody every year I would have moved out after the first year. The carpet has to be 10 years or older and was filled with bed bug powder when I moved in. The (3rd) maintenance man still cannot fix my toilet so I have to make sure it stops running every time I flush it. Lake views
October 10, 2015Lakefront at Westchester Have open spaces inside the apartments invite you to entertain family and friends , beautiful grounds to take nice walks around the ponds or in take lunch from one of many restaurants. Or you can just stay home and relax on patio or head to the sundeck at the pool when the weather permit .I have an Two bedroom with up to date kitchen and baths and large front room.I'm also very happy that its located in the highly rated Lakota school District and you'll enjoy various ...shopping stores. Counting down to moving
September 19, 2015My family and I are moving in Sept 30. My kids are excited to finally found a place thats fun and close to shops and restaurants. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They're quick to address your concerns. The grounds and interior are well kept and spacious. There has not been a problem that was not resolved quickly and efficiently throughout the moving process. September 18, 2015My apartments is lovely ,very nice in quite neighborhood.The patio facing the lake.I enjoyed the view of the lake and ducks.Sometimes I do fishing. Neighbors are excellent. September 12, 2015This is a great place to live. It is far enough away for quiet living, yet close enough for all the perks of the city. It is located close to Great schools, hospitals, gym, cinemas, shopping, and even amusement parks. The grounds, pool, lakes, and on-site gym are well maintained and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. This complex offers frequent resident cookouts, parties, and get togethers as well as activities for the kids. It also has on site movie rentals with a large ...selection and a doggie park. A fresh start
August 13, 2015We recently moved to Ohio from out of state. Our first apartment was old, dated and full of ants. I came across Lakefront and instantly loved the place. My apartment is updated, bright, energy efficient and the rooms are large. This is a great area if you have a family! The apartments are close to the Early Childhood Center and the Elementary school and the local schools are great!!
