The pictures make the place look stunning but I have never lived in a place where residents blatantly don't care about maintaining the appearance of the property. When I first moved in here several years ago, the property was beautiful and well-maintained. Management also tended to maintenance issues immediately and were highly responsive. still residents smoking despite the newly-minted no-smoking policy, and they continue to raise rent despite doing next to no renovations in their buildings. The apartment they show potential renters is much nicer than what you can anticipate receiving. The office staff will be ridiculously friendly to potential residents but seem to ignore the existing ones. Save your sanity and find another place to live.
