It's a nice place to live. Dog friendly. Do have to deal with people that care only about themselves ( weed smokers even though it's against the rule and management has to constantly step in) neighbors that stomp and move furniture and slam doors as late as midnight and 1 am to as early as 4 and 5 am. Etc.

The management team is friendly and responsive; they make the time to answer all of my questions. I have had a couple of minor maintenance events that were resolved quickly. I enjoy this location and community, and the neighbors are also friendly. Big plus is that parking can be seasonal - not required to pay all year, and I love the heated garage now that it is cold weather! Thank you.

We love it here!! the perfect first place for us:) We live across the hall from some of our friends so it makes the experience even more fun. They were so welcoming when we came to get our keys and even gave us a goodie bag for our kitten!
