Do have to deal with people that care only about themselves ( weed smokers even though it's against the rule and management has to constantly step in) neighbors that stomp and move furniture and slam doors as late as midnight and 1 am to as early as 4 and 5 am. I have had a couple of minor maintenance events that were resolved quickly. I enjoy this location and community, and the neighbors are also friendly.
