Lakeside Plaza Condominium Apartments

her apartment home and plans to have the health department get involved in the roach infestation problem in our condominium building because it is putting everybody and especially pets at risk. We could contract lice, rashes, itchy skin, itchy scalp, and pets especially dogs and cats can get sick with flees and ticks. The manager is allowing big dogs inside the Lakeside Plaza Condominium. He is INSANE! Big dogs are not suited to live in apartments. They are suited for living in houses and townhouses, but not for apartments. He is putting small dogs at risk for getting hurt by big dogs. Also, the owners don’t know of how to control their big dogs. They just let their big dogs attack small dogs. The owners are very irresponsible for not controlling their big dogs. My dog who is a mix breed of Miniature Poodle with Portuguese Water Dog was attacked by a German Shepherd Mix inside the apartment building. My mom had to call Animal Control on the German Shepherd Mix and the owner of the dog. There should be a pet policy on what is the weight limit of the dog and cat and what breeds are allowed and not allowed in the condominium building. My mom was almost attacked by a Great Dane because the owner could not control her dog. My two dogs were almost attacked by a Siberian Husky. My mom said to the owner of the Siberian Husky,”Control your dog.” The neighbors are mostly young people oriented. It used to be old people and family oriented but not anymore because there are too many rules in the condominium building. Also, the neighbors are rude and bitter. Some of the neighbors are nice especially the elderly people, young people, and families with young children. If you tried to report issues and problems to the manager, then he will ignore it. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a home in Lakeside Plaza Condominium.
