Just your basic amenities,it's just an average apartment, but the neighbors everybody keeps to themselves it's quiet, and the walls are thick and it's close to everything and rent is very reasonable,I'm happy here!

I have lived in Lakeview apartments for many years and we have a really great manager Amy. She has really stepped up to make people feel welcomed.

We lived in the lakeview apartmenst comlex for about a year, the things we experienced as a five member family were multiple shootings, drug abuse, child abuse and fights. This Area is not a great place for a family or any other occupances.

Here in addition to your rent you will pay $10 per month for a covered parking space, $10 per month for a mailbox, $25 for each pet per month for "Pet Rent" in addition to the $150 per pet security deposit, for two pets you're looking at an additional $70 per month. Also be forewarned the main courtyard is entirely infested with Hornets, those of you with severe allergies should be especially cautious. As for management if you're planning on contacting them or meeting with them anytime soon I ...
