Management is on top of every issue no matter how large or small. This location is nice and quiet.

I recently moved from their other property (Valley Brook) and I love it just as much. There are only 4 buildings, each with only 8 units. All of my neighbors are super friendly and I have never had any problems with noise. The facilities are upkept and the blue and white color scheme makes everything seem extra clean. My apartment comes with it's own seperate storage unit and a hot water tank which I haven't had with any problems with the water staying hot or water pressure. One pro is that my ...

unit has it's own private entrance which makes it feel alot more like a home and one con I have is the kitchen could use some updating. Side note- the photos do not do Lakewood Manor any justice. If mgmt sees this, you could definitely use some updated ones (:
