Lakewood Manor is very conveniently located. The buildings and apartments are clean and well-maintained. The staff in the management office is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any concerns. Maintenance requests are quickly acknowledged and scheduled maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. We have found the neighbors to be very friendly. And the pool is an added bonus! We've just renewed our lease and plan to stay indefinitely.

Great place to live in. The application process was great and quick. The office staff is very nice and the Leasing Agent Jeremiah was very professional, helpful and informative. The apartment is nice and was ready and very clean the day of my move in. Thank you to Metairie East Rental Center for helping me get an apartment home.

I've been living here for over 10 years and love it. Management is on it quickly if something breaks and is ready to accommodate if there is a major issue. I am excited about the farely New Pool near my apartment with new lounging outdoor furniture with a BBQ pit. The complex is close to grocery stores, restuarants, and other stores and services. Its next to a walking trail on the 17th street canal that leads to the Lake Pontchartrain walking trail. I love it!!

I love my apartment at Lakewood Manor ! Awesome location if you work in New Orleans and you don’t want to deal with traffic . Office staff is very helpful and maintenance service is extremely fast! Pool area is beautiful . Resident for 3 years ..
