Bright, efficient Studio apartment waiting for you! Has enormous possibility for right person. Includes spacious living area, full kitchen, separate bath plus a big walk in closet. Front wall is full windows and adds brightness and character. Parking 0directly in front of apartment. It's just waiting for you to add your personal touch! Rent is a steal at $400 monthly. Water and electric are extra. Located in middle of thriving shopping and college area. Hurry, this listing won't last!!

Out of all the places I've rented this is my favorite. Even though it doesn't have the same amenities as most I.e. A pool or gym, it more than exceeded my expectation. It's walking distance to work , dinning selections, grocery store, and even the mall. The staff is very prompt and helpful. The apartment manager regularly buys DVDs and loans out his own collection to the tenants. The scenery of the complex is quite beautiful. With a creek that runs through it and all the bamboo I feel ...
like I'm on vacation. The apartment managers welcoming demeanor is very likable. I especially like the fact that if I had to break my lease , with enough notice I wouldn't have to pay the term out or have a bad hit on my renters history.

Came to Little Rock for school at UAMS and am in the process of relocating to another hospital out of state. Lanai raises the bar high. Adrien, the manager, takes concierge service to another level. Apartments are quite a bit older but the maintenance upkeep is exemplary. Highly recommend.
