The Management Team is why the Landmark Apartments is an excellent place to live. Service Requests are responded to within 24 hours. Landscape service is meticulous. The well-being of the Landmark residents is a main priority of management. The location of the complex is close to shopping, schools, places of worship, and parks. The Landmark Apartments is a central location for Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Seattle.

I am so blessed to live at Landmark. It is so close to work. The rent is fantastic for this Bellevue location. When ever an issue arises the office people are quick to get maintenance to fix the problem. My only wish is that I had moved here sooner.

Landmark has one of the best managers, she makes sure things get done and is pleasant to talk to, kind and reassuring. Maintenance is wonderful they care about what they do, they are a little messy after they complete a job, but quick to get things completed. The Assisant manager has really great communication and gets back to requests quick, this is a nice feature to have because I know I am communicating with a real person all the time.
