    Lived here for six years. ever since Brick town management got involved it has been the worst for me. It used to be really nice and quite place to live for students and families. But since last couple of months. It feels like a different neighborhood. There is no peace here, loud music everywhere all the time if not in the apartment , it will be outside the apartment. people drinking and smoking weed. It is crazy here. Leaving after this lease expire. Students of UNO or families with children, ...

    As soon as i started my apartment search and I met the old apartment property manager, I knew this place was crap. But I needed some place fast. She reassured me there were no pest problems and yet, when I moved in, I woke up in the middle of the night with a roach in my kitchen. I just thought "Great, now I'm not getting back to sleep" I let the manager know that night by emailing her and she was sure to send out pest control but they "couldn't make it out" the first time they were scheduled. So ...
    Bam, another month went by and they finally came out and put bait. They didnt spray, that just baited the whole apartment. From then on I had problems with roaches until I decided to break my lease. Do NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

  • The Annex is a great value!

    The Annex offers a nice apartment at a good price. Location is convenient and centrally located. There are no garages, balconies or a big clubhouse. Just a decent apartment at a fair price.

    When I first went online to see apartments , this one caught my eye with is beauty and it's neighborhood they are beautiful inside and out and I went to email about moving in and got a reply the next day ! Even tho I haven't moved in I'm stil looking forward for a tour !
