July 16, 2024Landscaping is shoddy. Dead grass, shrubs, and trees. There are pet owners that do not clean up after their pet(s). Grounds are not maintained very well. I had to shovel up a large amount of loose gravel in front of my garage. The weeds in the water retaining catch basin are huge. Need to be cut back. The pool has been down several times this summer. Hot tub needs cleaned. Disabled cars and cars without license plates allowed to take up valuable parking. No play area for children, playground. ...There's something for dogs to play on in the dog area, but nothing for kids in the whole complex.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2024Have lived here for only a few weeks and I absolute love it here! I felt that I made the right decision when choosing to live here at the Lark. All of the staff and residents are extremely friendly. I enjoy the convenience of location, I feel that I’m not too far of a reach for certain places I typically go, including my job. If I can recommend a place to rent, it would be the Lark on Woodmen. Definitely worth the buy :)Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2024I moved in three weeks ago, and so far, so good. The office staff is extremely nice, and the amenities are nice. There has only been one time so far when the gym was too crowded for me to go, but it is 24/7, so I came back another time. It is quiet for the most part. On two of our walls, you can hear the neighbors, but only if you are close to the wall and it is quiet. The only downside is having packages delivered by Amazon. Apparently, is it normal for them to say they are delivered and signed ...by someone when they aren?t? Just switched all my deliveries to be required to deliver to my door.Property Manager Responded
