Bug problems
August 2, 2020This place has a serious wasp, hornet and bee problem. I’ve had a wasp nest in my mailbox for a while and complained about it and they didn’t do anything about it. I made a complaint saying that we have a wasp problem on our balcony and they didn’t respond. I’m scared and I don’t know if I can live here anymore. Every day I wake up to more dead wasps, hornets, moths and bees on the window sill, and floor and some flying around. I can hear a nest in the walls.Review from Apartments.com

May 9, 2013this place is over priced, the maintence people take there time to fix your stuff and charge you for things if they put broken things in, people don't pick up after there dogs so kids have no place to play, a lot of pitbulls are around here, some peoples dogs tried to bite me, and my family, the office people have no people skills they can be rude and not sympathetic at times and there are no help what so ever! its just a very un-friendly place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing experience living at Larkin
October 29, 2013I don't know what the other reviewers here are on about, Larkin Creek has been an amazing place to live the last year. We've never seen a single pitbull here, and pitbulls are not anymore dangerous than any other dogs even if there are pitbulls here. Sounds like scare mongering. There are pet cleanup stations on the premises, and even when careless pet owners leave droppings on the lawn they are quickly cleaned up. You have to pass a background check to get into this community and get denied if ...you have a criminal history, and they take good care of their renters. We've never had an issue with maintenance, they always respond quickly and are genuinely fun people when they show up to fix things. Last week, they took time out of their busy day just to help me carry a desk up to our apartment that we bought at OfficeMax. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful and very accommodating to us. The complex is always clean and the landscaping is immaculate. The area around the complex is clean and quiet also, a nice well-kept suburban neighborhood with lots of ponds and trees and creeks. It's a genuinely nice place, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't come look at it yourself before making a decision based on the reviews here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Apartment community based on service with a smile
June 29, 2014When I first interviewed the community I felt it was relatively new. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was twenty years old. I travel and work in places for extended periods of time. My wife and I also have two large fur children. We have had problems in the past finding housing. My company found this place for us and we could not be happier. We are at a point in our life where we are considering selling off our home and moving into a community such as this.
