The management here is about money and not about people. They're remodeling apartments, and I've already know of one resident who is being removed from a lease. I also know of tenants who are now on 60-day renewable lease without being clearly told by management after years of renting here.

Larpenteur Estate is a very well kept apartment. They have 24/7 staff to help if you have any problems with maintenance issues. The staff are very responsive to the needs of the residents and ensure that the apartment building is clean and in very good shape.
They are constantly upgrading the apartment.

The location of this building is within easy walking distance to shopping and services. It's less than a mile to a beautiful city park with a golf course. The building is well maintained with beautiful landscaping, it's smoke and pet free, and includes free wifi. It has a large library room and one of the better fitness rooms I've seen. My apartment has a very large storage closet, large enough for my stuff that I no longer needed to rent a storage unit. It also has a large walk in ...
closet in the bedroom. My only small gripe is that it doesn't have an intercom in the unit to remotely unlock the building entry door to let friends and family in. You have to subscribe to home phone service through Comcast or Century Link to have the building entry door intercom ring your phone which you can then open the door through the phone. Or they have to call me on my cellphone so I can go down and physically open the door for them. Also, the garage rent is higher than other places. But overall, it's very nice secure building with helpful staff.

My husband and I love our apartment. Locations wise, it's awesome...It is across the street from a coffee shop, restaurants, grocery store and much more! We are on the bus line directly to downtown Minneapolis and blocks from como park, which has a beautiful lake, zoo, gardens and public pool.
The staff is great, they respond quickly and fix maintenance issues immediately! There is always someone on call to help with an issue and they keep immaculate care of the grounds and landscaping! We love ...
to sit out on our patio and drink morning coffee!
Our apartment is newly remodeled, it is HUGE and beautiful, we sign a deep breath of relaxation every time we walk in the door!
