    I love living here. I wake early this morning. It is still dark with only the light from my monitor playing shadows across my body. Thunderstorms are frequent this morning with light rain. I will go outside and wash my car in the rain and let the rain rinse the summer dirt from my car. I live in Las Palmas in Arlington, Texas. I have a small efficiency apartment. The second best thing I like about this place is hardwood floors, escaping the health hazards of daily breathing the dust that ...
    plagues carpet life. I do understand that many people prefer carpet and they have that here in many of their units. No bugs and no roaches are also nice. The management provides pest control that works. While I am out washing my car in the rain I will go see my first favorite about this place, Roxanna and the rest of the management. They are so nice and caring about me living here. I love stopping by the office occasionally just to say hello. Always a friendly face and pleasant greeting. My third favorite thing is being able to pay rent and utilities online. I can even pay early without added fees. Thank you Roxanna for helping my stay here a pleasure.

    Do NOT move here. it sucks. There are bed bugs, the walls are gross and the bathrooms, don't get me started on the bathroom. I literally had to pain my WHOLE apartment with my own money because it was filthy. There is always a flood and it's just horrible. I am definitely trying to move
