We have been living here for almost a year and I have to say it’s been pretty great for our first apartment experience. The management and couple who run the social events are very kind and always willing to help. It is expensive for college students but as long as you have 2 or more living here, it’s possible to make it work. The hot tub is down or not working half the time(with no notice) and the pool could be cleaned more often. The gym is small and could use some repairs but it’s usable, ...
luckily students have the WREC. Other than these things it’s a nice, clean, friendly place to live. Lots of room and you can’t beat having a washer and dryer in your place

I've been here for going on a year. I enjoy the company of most of my neighbors, however as always their are a very few that have a tendency to be unsatisfactory as a result all of them gets kick out thankfully. I like this place very much do to the very much appreciated neighbors that are kind, supporting, caring, and having a blast. Amenities include are well maintained. One big thing is that it is pricey for only 2 people unless you make 3.5 times the income which i barely make it with ...
