October 16, 2019This is not a review of the property itself, I chose to live at a different apartment complex because of the ride and unprofessional manner in which the staff carried themselves. During my potential leasing process I simply had a question the leasing agent was unable to answer but When I asked to speak with a higher up I was met with attitude and passed off to a person who never called or emailed in response to my question.... So I chose to go with a different apartment complex as this was a ...terrible first impression of what to expect from this management group. It was a simple question that cost this company my business.It is a decent looking place for such a cheap price but the service to the tenants has a reputation of being horrible and I saw first hand how true this was.
