Cross Country Move
June 9, 2023Our move to Ladera was exceptional. Brittany B, leasing manager, was outstanding and made our move everything we needed it to be. Our apartment exceeded our expectations and we want to thank the entire Legacy/Ladera team! Very nice area. Very clean! Our apartment is fully updated, new appliances, beautiful flooring throughout, beautiful counteracts and cabinets. All we had to do was lysol and move in...lol. No maintenance requests. My apartment never was an upgrade
August 27, 2022It would’ve been nice to stay if my spt was an upgrade., I have the old cabinets and water leaks on floor in apt because of old air conditioning unit. Pipes run around front door not a great site.. I complain and all I get is sorry., I am force to leave after paying for a year and 1/2.. WOW good luck for your future here!Property Manager Responded

Very safe very quiet
July 22, 2022This place is excellent I’ve never had a problem the staff is always wonderful especially Dave and Melissa as well as the managers at Ladera they’re always concerned about any situation you may have very friendly in the office Maintenance arrives on time My stay here has been wonderful they are very sincere to me and I’m grateful for all the staff between Legacy pointe luxury and Ladera when I move from here I’m moving next-door because it’s sister Property I have no complaints honestly I’ll give ...them 10 stars if I could they’ve been very kind through the pandemic they’ve worked with people that was struggling paying their rent just common decency at this property I would recommend this to anyone sincerely Macquelyn GreenProperty Manager Responded

Disappointed
March 26, 2021I love the place, I love the location! But the walls are impressively thin. So my upper neighbor’s morning routine (4:00am to 4:59) wakes me up every week day and 7am on the weekends. I suffer a lot from anxiety and this triggers it. It would have been nice if they announce this as an issue, but they didn’t even mention it... It is truly horrible to have signed a 12 month contract and having this issue. And I am not kidding, it is not a soft stepping, you can hear the shower, the creaking of the ...floor, the water flow from the sink as if it would be falling in your face. It is so loud, it wakes everyone up the moment it starts. The other thing is that they offer a tennis court and it is completely out of order. Not from COVID, but the floor is uneven, cracked and the door always locked. I really wouldn’t mind not having it, but I just didn’t like the fact they offer it and that is not usable. The pools and social house are not open due to COVID and I completely understand. But it makes me wonder, why all Henderson’s restaurants, gyms, beauty salons, church, etc are open with restrictions, but in Legacy Pointe it’s not even an option to come inside and take a look. I am a new resident and they gave me my keys at the door and I have never even met the place. All this I say with sadness in my heart due to the fact that I really wanted to love the place, I actually adore the apartment, neighborhood and all.
