Great spot!
July 23, 2020I loved living in Lombardy. Management and maintenance staff are very responsible, responsive and prompt. The location is ideal, close to the city and good size of apartment. You can walk to Brickell and various restaurants. It's a short drive or Uber trip to all of Miami's great spots (Coral Gables, Downtown, Calle Ocho, Coconut Groce, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne). Having a quiet beach 5 minutes away is a paradise for me (Key Biscayne). If you have pets, children or you like to exercise, the ...urbanization behind is very quiet and pleasant to walk, and has a park 10 minutes away (walking). You can also run or walk to the sea at Brickell, and relax after work. It seems to me an ideal home for young professionals who want to live near the city without overpaying.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location!
June 3, 2020I’ve been a resident at Lombardy for almost 12 years, and it’s been amazing! The building is very well-kept and they offer a secure entrance to the building and covered parking. I love the comfort of having a washer and dryer in my apartment and tile floors! The management always offers top-notch, friendly service and are quick to respond to any issue with your apartment. Most of all, I love to being in the historic and beautiful neighborhood of The Roads while being just minutes from Brickell, ...Downtown and Miami Beach!
