July 29, 2015Live within a 5 minute bike ride of ASU's Tempe campus. Excellent building for college students, working professionals, and even families. Safe for the most part, occasional homeless people due to the Orbit bus system but they generally leave you alone. A lot of delicious to eat within walking distance. Would recommend.Review from Apartments.com
