The management is rude. They have constant water issues. They don't give you any notice, NONE whatsoever when they shut down the water supply for maintenance. Hot water simply vanishes in thin air all of a sudden. Mice, roaches are everywhere (in the apartment, laundry room) which is a nuisance. I called exterminator multiple times but they are of no help. The basement stinks really bad. The elevators are in pathetic condition. Their parking lot costs something about $200 to $250 p/m. The main ...

door of the apartment was bent from the bottom leaving so much space for mice to come in. You can't park anywhere on the streets in White Plains from 2 am - 6 am. Just do yourself a favor and find another place to rent a unit.

I applied for a one bedroom apartment… Meet with a realtor and she showed me several units. I then did the required paperwork as well as the $20 application fee… Then was told that due to my credit score the company could not rent apartment to me… I mean I thought that was done before the paperwork….

Reached out for a tour and was asked at 3pm for a tour at 4:15pm that day. Rescheduled for a few days later and was canceled on 2 hours before the tour through an email. I drove from work parked and didn’t know what was going on until I checked my email. They had my cell number but didn’t call or leave a voicemail. If I’m about to put thousands into an apartment I would like to get a call if I’m about to get canceled on.

I’ve been trying to move here since February of this year I’ve been reaching out from February until a few weeks ago leaving multiple messages and no has yet gotten back to me at all I’m just a single parent with a child that’s trying to move not a criminal I don’t understand the realtor he’s very rude and nonchalant not helpful at all smh I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed ?
