These apartments are great. They are a little older than some of the newer ones... but the price point is great for what you're getting. I love the key system and the secure entrances. I love the storage that the complex offers and also the staff. Maintenance is always taken care of promptly and the amenities are great. Would recommend.

Rent Hike!

This complex is under new management. I've lived here over a year, and the new rental agreement is a $95 increase from what I pay now. Renter beware. Filling all the leases is their only bottom line. Bad business for what use to be a great place to live.

I moved into Lexington Ridge for college. The front office people were so helpful when I toured and decided that this is where I want to live. This complex isn't located next to a college so not a lot of college kids live here but it isn't that far down the street if you wanted to live her for that purpose. It is quiet and I have never had any problems with noise. I would definitely recommend Lexington Ridge to anyone and it is definitely affordable!!

We currently have the largest floor plan and have been here for roughly 2 years. The maintenance staff is always willing to fix issues and we love the location and the apartment. No noise issues as it's newer construction and the walls are fairly thick, all around a great place.

Lexington Ridge Apartments is a wonderful place to live! It's really quiet and in a great neighborhood with shops and restaurants near as well as schools and daycare. I love living here, the Apartments are so spacious for the price you pay and management is very kind and friendly!

Lexington ridge apartments are very nice. The electronic entrances make it very secure and safe. Nicely built and have great amenities. Walls are kinda thin though so you walk down the hall you can hear(and smell) almost everything. Overall though these are great apartments with great views and new things being built around all the time
