We were newlyweds and rented a 1 bedroom. It is small. The maintenence is wonderful to have as needed. The pool is a great thing in summer. Very quiet. Friendly agents. Close to both counties. We really enjoy our stay here.

We love our roomy two bedroom townhome here. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. Our trash is picked up three times a week so we never have over flowing trash cans like most of the other places I've rented at. They plow our streets and shovel the sidewalks every winter. And if you have an issues like a stuck toilet, broken garbage disposal or any need maintenance completed, the office responds promptly and the guys come and fix it so quickly. We love swimming in the pool in the summer. ...
Liberty Hill is a close knit community and feels so safe with all of the law enforcement neighbors. Also, you can't beat the school district we live in. But if you need updated cabinets or granite counter tops, then this is not the place. The only thing I would change is not having my rent go up $100 every year.

We have LOVED living here. I'm very honest with my reviews as I want others to do the same. This is a beautiful place to live, the views are gorgeous and you're only 4 minutes from the freeway. We have lived in 7 apartments between homes being built, and this is by far our favorite! We have a one story unit with a small patio and a small semi private backyard. The best thing about these townhomes is every single unit has a garage and parking. No more hunting for a place to park. You feel very ...
safe here and you enter right into your garage. Erin and Mandy are the girls we have worked with and they're amazing. Very helpful, and so is the maintenance crew. They have been over in our case the same day, even though our repairs have been very minor. We have new carpet and paint, high ceilings and a very roomy open concept plan for an apartment. They keep the grounds very clean, and I've seen the flowers in the summer. The only reason we are leaving is we have finally found a home, but because of this beautiful area we bought a home close by. You really will love living here, I have absolutely NO complaints.
